Loud aluminum creaks/pops wake me every single morning around 7:00am. The noises are sporadic and tend to last for hours, often lasting through the day. I've been told the aluminum panels are still "settling in" but this has lasted for over 6 months. Beautiful units, lovely staff, great location, but wouldn't recommend if you enjoy sleeping.
I’ve lived in this building for a little over two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff here are truly one of the best parts of living here, they’re incredibly helpful, understanding, and always quick to make things right if anything comes up. Maintenance deserves a special shoutout. They go above and beyond every time, especially for someone like me who barely knows how to use a hammer. Everything is handled quickly and with a good attitude, which I really appreciate. One of the main reasons I left my previous apartment was because of issues with the door staff. The door…
My resident experience has been overall positive. The management team is responsive, maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the community feels safe and welcoming. I’ve appreciated the convenience and comfort of living here.”
We absolutely love living in 920 N. Wells! We recently resigned our lease as our first year living here has been phenomenal. The staff is so welcoming, amenities are wonderful, and maintence is friendly, exceptional, and respond quickly. We couldn’t ask for a better location or place to call home.

Great building. Quiet area for being in the middle of everything. Amenities are great - having a coffee shop AND restaurant downstairs is unmatched. Front desk staff is amazing as well.
We love living at 920 North Wells! It’s such a chill area, with a coffee shop and restaurant conveniently located downstairs. The staff is always super nice, and the building is kept clean. We live here with our 2 pups, and there’s plenty of nice places nearby to take them for walks. The view is hard to beat, and the units all come with a generous amount of storage, which is really convenient. We will be sad to move out one day!
Of all the apartment complexes we’ve stayed so far, this is the best. The location is amazing and the units are amazing. We loved our balcony and so did our dog. Management was always a pleasure to deal with and were ever so accommodating. Truly professional. Loved staff and had many interesting conversations with Ed, Sodri, Brandon, Lily etc. in fact, not just us, our dog also got so much love and affection from the staff. Overall a wonderful experience.
920 N Wells is a great place to live! Lots of energetic working professionals and young families! Great amenities and wonderful staff. The apt is one of the largest one bedroom/den apts I have seen in the city. Great neighborhood too! My leasing agent Julia was great, accommodating and stayed i. touch with me throughout my entire search process. I highly recommend 920 N Wells as a great place to call home!
