I had a really great experience through the leasing process at Jefferson Grandscape, and Koree was a big reason why. She walked with me through multiple apartments, took her time explaining everything, and never made the process feel rushed or pressured. She was easy to talk to, genuinely helpful, and very patient with all my questions. From the first tour all the way through the application and lease signing, she has stayed supportive and responsive, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The leasing agent was incredibly friendly, patient, and informative. They made the tour feel personalized rather than rushed, which I really appreciated. The property itself is gorgeous and clearly well cared for. Definitely one of the best touring experiences I’ve had! Ask for Kim Kluckman she’ll take great care of you!
I had such a pleasant experience touring the property with Miss Kluckman. She was professional and super friendly, not to mention very knowledgeable about, not only the property, but the leasing process. I peppered her with so many questions, and found her to be very patient with me. She is such an asset to your company. While we ultimately chose another property, I have to write to tell you that Miss Kluckman stands out as the best experience with a leasing agent I’ve ever had. Thank you Kimberly!
If you’re looking for a place that offers both comfort and convenience, is it! My husband loved the location, while great, I appreciated the apartment community. It is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and truly high quality from top to bottom. The finishes inside the apartments feel modern and upscale, and the amenities are always clean and well-kept. You can really tell that management takes pride in the property. Ask for Kimberley! She was a joy and delight to work with.

I’ve lived in several different apartment communities, and unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences for the price. For over a week, my ceiling was left cut open due to a leak, with loud industrial fans running in my apartment the entire time. During this period, my living space was uncomfortable and disruptive. I’ve also noticed similar maintenance issues in hallways and have seen multiple residents express the same concerns. While some members of the office staff are helpful (Ashley, in particular, has been absolutely wonderful) others have been unprofessional.…
Living here has been a great experience thanks to the dedicated staff (Alyssa, Kim, Ashley & Dustin). The apartment office staff is kind, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Maintenance (AJ & Aduy) is dependable and efficient, and the janitor (Kathy) does a wonderful job keeping everything clean and inviting. It’s refreshing to live in a place where the staff works together so well and takes pride in maintaining a great environment. Highly recommend!
Way more expensive than it’s worth. It looks nice on the outside but on the inside it feels more like section 8. None of the drink machines or elevators ever work. The construction is cheap with nice hardware. You can get way more for your money elsewhere I’ve never payed so much and also never been so unhappy with a place I’ve lived. I am getting a lawyer after reading all the other bad reviews. They clearly won’t compromise or own up to their mistakes. I had an outstanding experience touring The Jefferson at Grandscape thanks to Kimberly, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and tailored the tour so I could really picture myself living there.
