Sadly, it's my first time going into a beauty salon/spa where the ambience is not welcoming and not relaxing. The staffs are very loud. Even the one assisting me keeps on talking with her colleague who is in the other room. This goes on from the start until I finished. . Very disappointing. Will try illuminate of bacolod next time , hoping to see a big difference. To add, I was already at the counter yet everybody's busy at one corner and no one seem to care.
