If you’re considering The Hall Tallahassee Student Living, I highly recommend working with Emylee Bartlett, the Leasing & Marketing Manager. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions quickly. What really impressed me was that she personally answered the phone promptly on four separate calls—something that’s rare today. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and her friendly, professional approach helped our daughter feel comfortable while exploring student housing options. Baker was amazing to work with while helping us secure my daughter’s apartment. As a parent sending a child off to college, I had plenty of questions, and he made the entire process feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and always quick to help (even replying to messages late on a Sunday night). Baker was patient, knowledgeable, and cared about making sure we found the right fit. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. If you have the opportunity to work with Baker, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!
Reserving an apartment for your child for college can be very stressful, especially over the phone. Fiorella and Baker were extremely helpful. They were professional, answered all of my questions and made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend The Hall Tallahassee. The apartments look beautiful. Great location. Again, they were extremely professional, and so easy to work with.
After meeting with 5 different housing options I have to say that Braydon at The Hall was the most competent and fantastic sales rep! So helpful, articulate, and provided all the relevant information we needed and answered all our questions. 5-star service.

I recently signed my lease to live at the Hall, and I had Braydon help me through the entire process. He was extremely helpful and considerate, and made my housing experience much less stressful. He was well-prepared to answer my questions and willing to stick with me through the entirety of my decision. I recommend working with him if you can.
Braydon, the Hall Ambassador, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my fiancé and I signing at The Hall. He was professional, courteous, and always straightforward, which made everything clear and stress-free. He communicated efficiently, answered all of our questions honestly, and made sure things got done quickly and correctly. We really appreciated how reliable and proactive he was. Such a pleasure having Emylee’s assistance in getting my daughter signed at The Hall for 2026. I have spoken with her on multiple occasions over roughly the last month as my daughter and her roommates were trying to make a decision. She is truly the best- friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely patient as we navigated this important decision.
