Got a cheddar protein box from them and there’s mold on the fruit. Also they also take a really long time in comparison to other locations.
I was waiting in the mobile area for my order and on a phone call with my boss when I overheard multiple staff members being rude and disrespectful to Christy, who appeared to be the shift leader on the floor. As a customer, it made me very uncomfortable to hear that kind of interaction happening openly on the floor. I frequent this location, and Christy is always welcoming, very nice, and hardworking. She consistently greets guests, takes pride in her role, and represents this store with professionalism. I don’t usually leave reviews, but hearing how poorly she was treated by other staff was…
I just left this starbucks picking up an order for Grace. I ordered 2 drinks and Con was working at the window handed me one of my drinks and closed the window. Had to wait a couple minutes, she opened the window again i was told “what’s wrong” to which i replied “I had two drinks.” And then i asked for a straw she gave it to me with her very pretty attitude, miss the good folks that used to work here. :(
manager Kaylee just made a bad situation worse when the barista handed me my drink the beverage spilled all over me burning my hand. She became extremely rude when I suggested that they should comp my drink. Instead of diffusing the situation, she gaslight me and told me I squeezed the cup too hard. A sincere apology and an ounce of customer service could have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with aggression and eye rolls.

The sizes are smaller- and it tasted like chocolate ice- I’m so disappointed- Starbucks is my family Christmas tradition every year- I spent over 40$ on flavor ice- I’m pissed- never coming back - I should have stayed with Dunkin- they NEVER DISAPPOINT.
I come to the Starbucks on 4418 W Gandy Blvd all the time, and it’s honestly one of the best locations in Tampa. The space is always clean, bright, and comfortable perfect for getting some work done or just relaxing with a good cup of coffee. The seating area is well laid out with plenty of outlets, which makes it super convenient if you’re working on your laptop or studying. The customer service here is consistently great. Visited on 2/13 I ordered 2 drinks on mobile app since it was fastest way. I ordered 2 drinks both with cream foam. However, as I arrived I received both drink with no foam at all. I wasted my time waiting for them to remake one of my drink. Even though, there were many crew member working. One was making our drink and the other guy (2 nose piercings) keep texting on his phone at the window. No wonder why I received the wrong drinks :(
