I normally don't write reviews unless I had a really bad experience or a really good one. And today's review is the latter. The customer service I received from Elsa, Natalie, and Chino was nothing short of top notch, 10/10. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience despite how busy they were on Monday and Tuesday. Heck, I saw Elsa move-in 4 new residents on Monday! By. Herself. I moved into Miles at Ybor on January 2, 2026. It's a very cool place. In the heart of Ybor, reasonably priced and I am happy to call it home. Dispute what others say, noise isn't too bad. But it's City living! The leasing agent, Ms. Rubio is a hoot owl. She has a great sense of humor and knows this place like the back of her hand. Very knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to see when I get home from work. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
It's alright but not great. Basically all of these amenities are just for show: * The terrace: the tables have no base and fall over if you put any weight on them * The bathroom by the terrace has been locked and not operational for months. * The phone booths. They are just echo chambers and provide no sound proofing. * The desks: They play an alarm on the weekends when office staff isn't there to deter you from using the amenities. The same alarm is played on the terrace. You might hear this alarm wake you up depending on where you live in the building (which of course is a violation of your…
I’ve been living at Miles at Ybor for a couple of months now and I honestly really like it here. The staff has been super friendly and helpful from day one. I know it’s under newer management and they’re still getting everything fully dialed in, but so far they’ve been doing an amazing job and have always been there whenever I needed anything. My apartment has been clean and well maintained, and I haven’t had any issues at all with AC, electricity, or anything else. Everything has worked exactly how it should. The location is a huge plus. I lived at Miles at Ybor from April to August, and it has now been five months since I moved out and I am still waiting for my security deposit full refund. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, management has been largely unresponsive and unwilling to provide a clear update or resolution. In addition, on my move-in date in April, there was no one available to check me in!I had to call the property management multiple times just to locate someone who could provide the Latch app, which made an already busy moving day very stressful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience touring Miles at Ybor! I’ve been looking at several communities and Natalie (make sure you request her!) gave me one of the best tours I’ve had so far. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really made me feel at home. The community itself is beautiful and located in the heart of Tampa. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. Great vibe! Even though I didn’t end up choosing this property, I left seriously impressed and inspired by the experience. Single - Male Studio Apartment - 3 month lease (July - October 2025) I loved staying here! The leasing office was everything I could have asked for. Natalie specifically was available and always made me feel like a priority. I put in a couple of maintenance orders and they resolved my issue quickly. Amazon packages were easy to retrieve. Elevator worked everytime. Meeting other tenants was easy and they were all friendly. Miles' location is paramount and enabled me to hop on the street car to channelside district. I recommend anyone move in at Miles.
Natali has been such a great addition to Miles at Ybor! I had already been living here when she came on board, and the difference she’s made is amazing. She’s super helpful, professional, and always goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and works hard to make things run smoothly. It’s refreshing to have someone so attentive and positive at the front office.
