If I could give it zero stars, I would. The apartment manager Patty had the nerve to charge my mother 3,000 dollars in rent after the fact she forced my mother to leave the apartment before the date "she" sent to my mom in black n white paper. When called on her BS she backed down and said she still has to be out by the Original Date she gave my mother. It's been one thing after another with this lady. They eventually moved her from all the complaints against her, she still managing one of their new properties. She can not be trusted at all. My mother moved out at the end of her lease. She…
This place is a joke. They have there elevators down without even letting residents know why. They have a huge problem with that and when one ask there office staff just basically responds like they don’t care. It’s sad and horrible that they don’t care the safety of there tenants. If you live on a 3 rd fl and have to bring your groceries up no one can help because it’s not there problem. Please anyone don’t move here they don’t care about you.
My family was hysterical after we couldn't find my father for 2 months?? apparently they don't notify you when a tenant walks off?? Bedbugs and alcohol in the building and stress so my father walked off,,found in Texas..shows they don't care about tenants...maybe not best for elderly people,to live here??

I was homeless when I became a resident of the Graham home. I was very grateful to have a place to live. I was very surprised when they, the staff did not renew my lease returning me to being homeless. I paid All my bills on time. I loved the tenants there. Some problems with staff, they were somewhat insensitive. Very sad about this.
I have a relative who reside at one of the apartments. He has a cozy, private apartment. They encourage Independent living. My family member is very happy living here. Staff makes you feel welcome. The place is very clean. I would recommend this apartment setting to other families.
The staff at Graham Home are amazing :-)
