Good afternoon, The Easton team, This message is simply to document an ongoing issue that I believe is important to address. I have been requesting maintenance for several weeks regarding the electronic door lock to my apartment. Today, upon arriving home, the door would not open due to the same issue that had already been reported. The outside temperature was 27°F. I went to the Leasing office to request assistance; after over 30 minutes of waiting, one of the staff ask me if I get help. Later, a maintenance staff member who was sitting inside using his phone informed us that there were no…
Quiet so far. I'm on the first floor which is not ideal but still pretty quiet. Neighbors are not a problem at all. One complaint I have is I wish people would pick up behind their dogs.
I am highly impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responds to our requests. Especially Lenny! He’s been great and we feel right at home. He goes above and beyond and makes us feel like we’re home and he’s our uncle always helping us when needed.
The Easton Riverview Apartment offers an exceptional living experience. The stunning and beautifully designed interiors create a luxurious and relaxing environment. The real standout, however, is the outstanding service from the staff. Samantha and Jen go above and beyond to ensure every need is met, providing warm, attentive, and professional service. Their dedication makes me feel like family, not just a tenant. I highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-notch living.

This place is very impressive, as a new resident I feel really comfortable and in peace. Ps: Highly recommend. The people at the office are really amazing.
Poor staff and management! Don’t bother to reach out to corporate, because they don’t care!
We have been here since August ‘23 and overall have been happy. I don’t often do reviews but saw what I read as an unfair review so wanted to contribute mine. Clean, well kept, nice amenities. Families here, a good number of kids which is fine. Young adults also. Have several neighbors with barking dogs when passing through the halls but cannot hear them at all in the apartment. Good location next to Publix and a few restaurants and shops. Just outside of the congestion of big bend area. Easy in and out in the mornings, good access to 75 N and S. The Easton Riverview has been known to delete negative reviews, but I will repost this every time it gets deleted because living here has been the worst possible experience I have ever had living at an apartment and that is an understatement. Since moving here in the first week of August 2023, I have been beyond unsatisfied with the quality of the apartment, the people they allow to live here, and the staff could care less about anything or anyone here. On move in day, I had to have maintenance come fix 5+ things in my BRAND NEW apartment. There was paint on the floors, doors wouldn’t close…
