  • Jayden was an exceptional tour guide, He knew the property well- his enthusiasm was contagious and made the Whistler a great competition for other properties!
  • Jermaine was so great! He was very welcoming and helped my current roommate and I know more about the Whistler. The gym is beautiful and initially I was not thinking about moving in here but I might change my mind. Great tour!
  • Jaden was a great tour guide. He answered my questions right then and there as well as afterwards as I was filling out application. He was very helpful and had good energy all around!
  • Beautiful looks wise but the staff is VERY strict . Makes me not ever want to come back. The coffee shop closed so I went to use the restroom - my first time so I didn’t know where it was. A staffer ran out there office and chased me down. I didn’t even have the code for the place she pointed me to bc the shop was closed. I felt the weirdest vibe so I left. So unwelcoming . Like I said beautiful building and design - hence the 2nd star but the energy and attitude of staff really made me uncomfortable.

  • our tour guide was so kind and nice! very accommodating and she was super friendly! the apartment building itself is also very well done, good prices, highly recommend!
  • Jaden and Nate truly go above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care make a noticeable difference in the day-to-day living experience. They are a big reason this community feels so well-managed and welcoming. Thank you both for all that you do!
  • At the Whistler, turning on the shower is like buying a lottery ticket—you never know if you’ll get warm water or an icy splash that jolts you awake in the worst way. Some mornings it feels like you’re camping in the wilderness, except you’re paying rent that suggests you should be living in comfort. The elevators are a whole separate ordeal. Calling one feels like summoning an ancient beast—you press the button, wait… wait some more… and then watch it crawl floor by floor, stopping at every level as if it has a personal vendetta against punctuality. When it finally arrives, you’re crammed…
  • Whistler in Midtown is a gorgeous building with some of the best amenities in Atlanta. The rooftop pool and fitness center are top notch, and the coffee shop on the ground floor is a great touch. The apartments are modern, fully furnished, and very convenient for students or young professionals. The study spaces and lounges make it easy to balance work and relaxation. Management and maintenance can sometimes be slow to respond, but overall the location, design, and lifestyle here make it one of the best options in Midtown.
