I’ve lived here since June 2024 and have experienced both sides of the coin: top floor in one building and bottom floor (with a private yard) in another. So I feel very qualified to review this place. The Pros: The leasing office and maintenance team are genuinely great. They respond quickly, they’re kind, and they actually fix things in a timely manner. No complaints there. The amenities are also really nice. The housing office does a great job at helping people out, decent sized gym, an outstanding and clean pool/hot tub, spacious and new apartments. My only frustration with the property is the trash. They have a service in place to pick up trash 4-5 times a week, which is great! But if you need to dump trash any other time then good luck. There are four dumpsters locked up and a trash compactor that is always full so you are forced to pay for the trash service. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to throw trash away and the compacter was stuffed full of boxes and there are four empty…
I love this apartment complex! The office staff is phenomenal, specially Savanna. She always helps me with whatever questions my partner and I have and if she doesn't know the answer she makes sure to get one for me. I personally love the gym and all the equipment they have! It's a wonderful place to live.
Overall, this is a great apartment complex with many appealing features. One of the main reasons I chose to live here was the community room, which includes a TV, pool table, and coffee bar. However, I was disappointed to learn that this space is only accessible during leasing office hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m.). Because I leave for work before the office opens and return after it closes, I’m unable to make meaningful use of the amenity that significantly influenced my decision to sign a lease. I wish this limitation had been communicated during my tour, as it feels misleading in hindsight. Given…

Hands down the best place I've lived. Lisa (the property manager) is the best to work with, along with the rest of the front office to Bradley and the maintenance crew. Recently had some maintenance done, and everything was handled professionally and there was always constant communication. Lisa and her team went above and beyond making sure everything got fixed. The complex is always nice and clean, and the amenities are the best!
I love this apartment complex! The staff are so friendly and always helpful. The maintenance crew are very knowledgeable and friendly. The amenities are resort style. All of my friends and family who come to visit us from out of town want to stay with us instead of getting a hotel. The staff also throw get togethers so residents can meet each other. How fun! I moved into Aura Crossroads during construction, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The amenities and staff here truly set this place apart! The state-of-the-art fitness center is perfect for anyone looking to stay active, featuring a full weight room and yoga area. I truly love this apartment complex! I was so amazed at all the amenities included into the apartment homes at such a reasonable price! I appreciate all the help and attention I received from Emily! She was such an amazing person to work with, she made sure to get all our questions answered and gave us an amazing tour of the community and our apartment.
