The hospital is clean and organized. And, everything is in place like the parking lot and waiting areas.

I have called more than a 100x for the past 3 days to book my appointment for ECG nd it didn't ring. I live in Bukidnon a 5 hours commute just to book appointment. This sucks. Please Improve and have your contact open. So disappointed.

I have never met the most compassionate ER Physician, Dr. Edgar Jan D. Martinez. He would love to accommodate my 81yo Papa but had to be placed on Observation Ward. He was very transparent that there were patients who were having respiratory ailments from this area. Just think of it, we were there on a wee hours, in desperation because of my Pa’s dehydration status. We reassured him that we can managed our Pa at home. He gave us a prerogatives on how we can do it. Praise God, my Papa recovered from in-home IV Therapy. Dr. Martinez, you help me see the every day miracle of my aging Papa. He is…

Sometimes, I don't want to read reviews. I only get frustrated in the end. Like for example this hospital. People gave a rating as low as 1 , some gave 3 and all the negative feedbacks. But some people gave 5 and a very positive feedback. Unsa man gyud ang tinood? Haayyysss! So confusing.

The doctor that assisted was so helpful and understanding. He reviewed my history thoroughly and recommended for latest lab to make sure the status of my health. He also went on extra mile for my father in law's wheelchair. Facility may not be complete but they have the basics enough to cater basic needs.

Expensive! Damn, one consultant even charged a PF of 1500 just for informing my mom that he was a referral! A case of misinformation since we agreed to have a specialist opinion before verifying if he was an accredited doctor for my mom's hmo. An honest mistake from us, we withdrew the referral because on hmo's terms, we will have to cash out our payment for the referred md upon discharge. So we opted to sign a waiver for the refusal. To our disbelief, upon discharge, we were charged for the professional fee. For what?

The nurses are great, very friendly and caring. The admin staff especially the billing section are very unapproachable. They don't even know how to provide good service and don't even smile. The hospital is expensive and does not provide a high quality care. If you don't have money, then you won' be given any medicine once you go beyond philhealth coverage.
