Really nice apartment building.The apartments feel really clean and new.The sea view is amazing.
long term frequent weed smoke in Tower 1, not ideal for families with young children
The pool is very big, indoor and outdoor. Able to satisfy my dreams of becoming a dolphin. The gym is medium sized but well equipped, you can look at people swimming while on the treadmill. My only concern is that the name of the clubhouse is Happy Club, like is there not a better or more elegant name to name this esteemed clubhouse? I hope that LP6 will put this comment to mind and change this shallow name into something better. Perhaps the "Euphoric Club", similar meanings but gives a grand feeling to the users. Overall, nice, modern apartments with a fulfilling clubhouse. But for the love…
Expat living here for a year. Pros: quiet area, good walking/ biking path to TKL, TKO, Hang Hau, Po Lam, good sea/ mountain view. Cons: hope there was a bigger supermarket and mall.
