The service is impeccable. Besides being impeccably, dressed, every person in the hotel is exceptionally polite and helpful. Timely on all service and kind with a smile. Specifically, there are a couple of standouts, including the lead waitress at the restaurant, La Boca. Ask to sit in Michelle’s section. Besides getting great service, you will walk away with a new and loyal friend
The staff is absolutely amazing. The warm greetings upon arrival and send off were extremely appreciated. The front desk staff, and the wait staff in the living room all provided impeccable service as well. Raul wished me a happy international woman’s day, and made sure I had a water bottle upon departure for the airport. These thoughtful touches really elevate the guest experience.
This review is for the Living Room lounge. We are two couples who had a confirmed reservation with a minimum spend of $1,200 table at Faena Living Room. We were coming from dinner at a members club elsewhere and were looking to enjoy drinks and dancing. However, upon arrival we were refused entry. Their explanation: our boys were wearing jeans and they have a strict ‘dress code’. The person at the door was extremely rude and clearly on a power trip, acting as if letting people in was some kind of personal favor. I visited this venue last week for a friend’s engagement party, and it was truly a beautiful experience. The space gives it an elevated and refined atmosphere. The ambience is stunning — warm lighting, elegant decor, and a very thoughtfully designed interior. You can really see the attention to detail in everything, from the layout to the finishing touches. I recently stayed at the Faena Hotel NYC in one of their beautiful one-bedroom suites and had an exceptional experience. The suite was spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed — luxurious without feeling overdone, with stunning details and a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The experience on our stay was amazing. From Stephan at the door to Karina for our check in. Warm and personal welcoming.
