Nearly killed by stuff being thrown from a balcony. I was lucky it missed me. I went inside to complain. The concierge also told me that I was lucky, and this has happened before. Whilst I was out there showing what has been thrown; a mobile phone and a ps controller were also smashed to the floor. Be cautious even when you walk by this building.
Helping a friend who was traveling abroad with the move - out process at Wardian Apartment was an eye - opening experience, and not in a good way. After hiring cleaners to spruce up the place and sorting out all the logistics with movers, we took a brief rest in the lobby out of sheer exhaustion. That’s when reception manager Albena, who’d been lurking around, pounced. Her condescending “This is a luxury apartment. No sleeping here. Last year, I had the pleasure of visiting your property to give a rejuvenating IV Vitamin C therapy treatment, and I was truly impressed by the comfortable setting with its plush seating and serene ambience, as well as the stunning view.
The property management at Wardian displays concerning discriminatory practices and lacks consistency. Staff appear to enforce rules arbitrarily, with policies seemingly changing without proper notification or documentation. There's a troubling pattern of unequal treatment of residents, with different standards being applied to different individuals. Whilst the building's facilities are modern, the administrative experience falls well below expectations for a premium development.
