Honest review incoming… What an absolute pleasure it has been meeting everyone at Tredici. From the very beginning, Inaya and Tina made us feel completely at home. Throughout all of our appointments with Tredici and their partnering communities, we have never once felt rushed or pressured to apply immediately and speaks volumes. Tredici was the first property on our list to tour, and from the moment we parked and stepped out of the car, we looked at each other and just knew this place was special. Even the drive toward Central Park felt peaceful and exactly what we’ve been searching for.…
My boyfriend and I fell in love with this place the second we stepped foot into it. Inaya and Maritza have been beyond helpful with finding our new home and helping us through the process. 10/10 service. Update- this was such an amazing place to live. Was absolutely devastated to leave as we wanted something just a bit closer to the water. Would recommend Tredici to anyone. Quiet, peaceful, perfectly maintained. Would definitely go back. Could talk highly about this place all day.

We truly love living at Tredici! This community has been such a blessing to my family and me. Marissa Hernandez (Business Manager), Tina Baldwin, and Inaya Santiago (Leasing & Marketing) are amazing. They are always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They answer the phone, return calls, follow up, and make sure residents feel heard and supported; not rushed or dismissed. What sets this team apart is how much they care. It truly feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. I’m grateful to God for placing us here and for the people who help make Tredici feel like home! 🙏🏼❤️

I have been here for about 3 months now and everything has been great. I want to highlight Luis who oversees the maintenance of the property. He is always out making laps in the community and ensuring everything is working perfectly. Very kind man and it is important to me that his hard work and strong attitude do not go unnoticed.
Unbelievable small! The rooms look like closets! The garage can't park a car The driveway forget about it!!! What is very annoying is residents are using the outside to storage their trash containers and other personal belongings! Starting to look like trashy!!
I can’t say enough about how incredible my experience has been here at Tredici at Central Park. Moving into a new home can often feel overwhelming, but thanks to the exceptional team here, the entire process was smooth, welcoming, and honestly exciting. First, I want to highlight Tina, Inaya, and Maritza. Each of them brought a level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness that you don’t often find in property management. From my first inquiry to move-in day, they were responsive, attentive, and truly made me feel valued, not just like another tenant, but like a neighbor being welcomed…
Marisa, Tina, Anaya, are amazing. We moved into Tredici on the 21st,, and they were welcome. They made sure my family and I were settled well. Also, the gift bag with the wonderful beach towels was a great bonus. This is a fantastic place for families, and I recommend my family and friends live here.
