Really great experience buying our first property in UK from Ballymore at The Brentford Project. Stefan, Tom, Emily and Tonya were very helpful every step of the way, taking extra time answering numerous questions we had a made every effort to make this process as smooth as possible. I want to highlight: Tom Ustic from Ballymore sales team, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and patient person; Stefan Baldazaraki from Chastertons, very honest, patient and helpful person. Late October I saw the show flat at Brentford Project and loved it. I was already living in the building in a 2 bedroom flat but wanted to upsize. Tom one of the sales team told me that the show flat had been sold however one on the floor below was still available. The next day Sara showed me around the three bedroom property with views over the City of London Kew Gardens and Syon Park. AJ at Brentfod Project Sales has been very helpful, reliable, and patient.It is safe to say that I've got a new place, a flat that I really enjoy, due to him. I've just moved in and the whole process has been smooth and easy actually, considering this is my first flat. We recently purchased a one bedroom apartment from Tom Ustic at the Brentford Project. We were extremely lucky to have him as our agent! We are very happy with the apartment and Tom has been extremely patient, kind, responsible, and efficient when helping us throughout the whole process! From negotiating for a good price, liaising with the solicitors for a smooth completion, as well as making sure the apartment is in good condition during the handover. Highly recommend looking for Tom if you would like to view the development!
Very well built and maintained 12-acre waterside development that has local community at its heart. Brilliant estate management, concierge and security teams. The architecture is high quality and varied creating a very pleasant environment. Our apartments are excellent. Good value for money.
Initially, living at the Brentford project seemed like a dream come true with its promising amenities and vibrant atmosphere. However, the initial charm quickly faded as several issues began to surface, tarnishing our daily living experience. One of the first setbacks was the lack of basic hygiene by some residents, who neglected to take their rubbish out, causing a persistent foul smell throughout the hallways. Security has become a major concern. The area has seen an alarming rise in theft, including a vehicle theft outside Sam’s Waterside and numerous break-ins at the Ballymore car park…
I had an excellent experience when I was both looking at the Brentford Project and subsequently purchasing my new flat. The whole process was made both easier and more pleasant because I worked with AJ from their sales team. He was both kind and professional and made what is always a stressful undertaking less difficult. I was lucky to work with him and the other members of the sales team who are able to at once do their jobs and yet not add unwanted pressure to prospective clients. And the very good news is I love my flat.
