I had a very disappointing experience buying an apartment in Mountain View iCity. I am a non-Egyptian buyer and was promised delivery in 4 years, but the apartment was delivered after 5 years. When I finally received it, I discovered the unit is 20 square meters smaller than what was stated in the contract. They offered compensation, but the amount was very small and unfair compared to the missing space. The contract clearly mentioned installment payments, but now they refuse to accept cheques from outside Egypt and only accept Egyptian cheques. As a non-Egyptian, I do not have an Egyptian…
Worst place you can ever choose! Basically you live in a big construction site, with labors, Trucks and unparalleled noise! Plus no facilities whatsoever. All the roads are trash and you can enjoy the dust covering your apartment and car every single day! Biggest disappointment👎🏼
