Just moved in to a 2/2 apt at Solstice @ Buckner Lane - it’s a beautiful place with great amenities - pool, gym, club house all brand new! One thing that made our move a lot easier was the leasing agent, Emily. She’s helpful, professional, and funny!
Absolutely by far the most unprofessional and worst place you could ever rent for. My mom was moving from out of state and she showed up on move-in day and they were making repairs in her apartment for previous flood damage that we were never informed about.Good thing she didn’t have her movers show up that day with furniture. She had to cancel her movers twice Because they kept assuring her that it was ready and at the last minute pushed the move again. We’ve been at Solstice just over a week and are already impressed with the staff’s service. Emily in the front office gave a thorough tour, clearly communicated throughout the leasing process, and kindly accommodated a move-in change. We’ve also met Shannon, the maintenance manager, who has promptly addressed any concerns we’ve had. Both Emily and Shannon have been friendly, professional, and solution-oriented. This is mine and my husbands first official “home” together since getting married and it’s PERFECT!!! Seriously so affordable for new construction and in a great area. Our leasing agent is Emily and she’s THE best! So kind and responsive and genuinely wants the best for us and cares about you as a person, not just as another resident which is how it has been in the past for us. Couldn’t not say better things about this place!!! They’ve thought of every little detail including tons of storage and even a cute little built in desk area that makes it easy for me to work from home!

This place is such a beautiful new complex. It's brand new and the layout and amenities is one of the best I've seen in the area. The staff works their tail off to make this place run as smoothly as possible. Such a great place to live. The leasing agent, Emily, was so unbelievably helpful, responsive and proactive in getting us approved and moved in. We appreciate how hard she works considering she oversees 200+ units. Forever grateful for a great place to live.
The staff here has been so great about answering all my questions during the leasing process which was challenging at times due to construction delays. But Lizzy and Laura were so nice and responsive and worked hard to keep me updated and make sure my customer experience was great. I love all the amenities here and Sara and Garrett plan the best community events twice a month. I always look forward to seeing what they will come up with next! It’s a great community with wonderful neighbors and I love my apartment!
From the very beginning, Emily was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Moving can be stressful, but Emily made the process so much easier for us. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and helped us find the perfect apartment. Her friendly, personable nature made us feel right at home. Our leasing experience at Solstice was awesome! We moved across the country and did everything remotely, the team made it so much easier and way less stressful. Huge shoutout to Emily for being super helpful, answering all my (many) questions, and even sharing local hiking and outdoor tips!
