The conceirge staff at the residence are very helpful. I truly wish there’s more people like them and all the buildings we manage as they’re always there to help you and assist and they are very nice. You are lucky to have people like them. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Located within the taj hotel in cluster x - with free valet parking. The entrance is a little bit tricky to find so better signage would be a good idea. Apartments are nice and clean with a premium view of the emirates golf club and beyond.
I have been staying in The Residences since long. Amazing service and Quality maintenance. The team from Signature Developers are quite approachable and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. Special mention from Ushma and Sunny from Signature team. Keep up the good work. Regards
Picturesque view, in the lap of a luxurious residential property and just in the heart of the an upbeat and vibrant community of JLT. The Residences houses the best amenities along with a dedicated and hands on team to cater to your needs, at any given time. A five- star experience and a worthy stay so far !!

I reside at this building and it is really one of the friendliest building to live in. Right from the time you enter and the valet takes your car to the concierge services it is a joy to be part of this building and its community. The building has meeting rooms downstairs in the lobby which can be booked and used by the residents for meetings. The gym and health club is probably better than most hotels in Dubai. The views are spectacular even from the 18th floor. The Taj hotel next door has a lot to offer the residents with upto 40% discount at its restaurants which are Greek Asian and Indian…
Pampered so much that now I’m addicted to this place. Right from being receiving a guest till the guest leaves the place…. Memorable experience. Thank you Taj. Truly Tata commitment.
Great place to live - i lived here for 3 years and the staff and facilities were amazing. no job was too small and they were so helpful. The apartments are also wonderfully appointed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
This is by far the best luxury residential building in Dubai in terms of the quality of the building, the premium finishes, the views and the 5-star hotel-standard residents' facilities. It's also the best in terms of the impeccable level of service provided by the building owners, the building management team (led by the lovely and affable Mr. Sunny) and the amazing and hard-working concierge and front desk staff who look after the building and its tenants.
