Unfortunately, the overall experience has gotten much worse over time. The staff is consistently rude and unprofessional from A to Z. The quality of the facility is very low…there are now cockroaches in the hallways and around the property. The outdoor area is dirty and poorly maintained. The parking area is badly designed, with no clear entrance or exit, everything going in one direction, and space for only one car. On top of that, it isn’t even asphalted. There are constant issues with the air conditioning, and the technicians do a poor job. The first six months were fine, but after that…
The building looks good from outside but once you stay it’s a pathetic experience. The fire alarms are never ending!! They start almost every alternate night and keep going on for a long long time disturbing you sleep and also during the day as well!! Jet ski and nearby loud cars and meetups make it even worse. And the building is way way overpriced!
The building had such a potential but the design of it is falling short in so many ways.. the rooms are just 4 walls, there are no closets or storage spaces not even a linen closet. Bathrooms have no storage options either. The washing machine is in the kitchen like in the 90’s and there’s no space for a dishwasher or a proper pantry in the kitchen. The balcony is so tight you can barely fit a tiny chair there. Who ever designed the place did a very poor job thinking about the comfort of people that would live there..
Lived in this building for 2 years. Location on the water is good but it’s a bit isolated. Luckily they opened a supermarket on the ground floor Amenities are very nice and views are amazing in the building Built quality is good compared to general market although we used to have rain leaking through the windows even after maintenance would try to fix several times One thing you should be aware of, jet skis and loud noisy cars. Jet ski noise is quite loud during the evenings of summer months and quite loud all day during cooler winter months Loud noisy cars are also very present throughout…

Its a beautiful waterfront building in Sharjah, from the high floors you can see the entire Dubia's land marks and skyline is absolutely amazing but one red flag here I notice is the crazy sound of jet skies right in front of the building. Its like a marathon of wild sounds after every 5 mins, otherwise its a peaceful place.
Best views one can wish for. There are unobstructed sea views in every corner you turn. You can sea all landmarks of Dubai from your living room. From Creek Harbor skyline to burj khalifa, burj al arab, ain dubai, and even Atlantis, the royal in a clear day. High ceiling rooms and well managed building. The reception team is extremely helpful and friendly. It's a blessing to live in this tower. The quality of construction is very good for sharjah. Brand new amazingly managed tower, 6 elevators! 24/7 security, maintanance:very good, pest control often:YES maintained parking spot:YES! carwash inside garage 3 times week for SUV 100aed month:great!!, amazing shaded pool refreshing water. Very good gym male and female, great managing from Al Thuriah agency, acces to both lagoons, specially mamzar dubai lagoon for swiming, runing track, biking track, outdoor workout area, etc..(great beach!), food trucks acroos the street. Feels more like a vacation spot to be honest, Beachfront living!
