  • I’ve been living in this building for over a year, and it has been the best place I’ve lived in Miami so far. Everything is clean and feels new, there are enough elevators and they are always available, and maintenance fixes things promptly whenever needed. The building has a great atmosphere and very good neighbors. Highly recommended.
  • The amenities are a big plus. The pool area is clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding or spending time on warm days. The gym is well-maintained and practical, making it easy to stay active without leaving the building. Overall, Urban 22 provides a solid living experience with good amenities and a modern feel. A great option for anyone looking for a long-term place to live with everything in one place.
  • Urban 22 offers a great living experience. The building is modern, clean, and well taken care of, and everything feels thoughtfully designed for residents’ comfort. The overall environment is positive and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy day-to-day life here. From the condition of the property to the way things are handled, it’s clear that quality and organization are priorities. I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend this place without hesitation.

  • I’ve had a great experience living at Urban 22. One of the highlights of this building is definitely the staff. From day one, the team has been professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive. Any time I’ve needed assistance, the staff has been responsive, friendly, and willing to help. They make you feel welcomed and valued as a resident, which really makes a difference in day-to-day living. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and that creates a positive and comfortable environment. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown by everyone at Urban 22.…
  • If you’re a working professional looking for a safe, peaceful place to come home to…this is not it. Living here has been nothing short of frustrating and at times, genuinely unsafe. Security is a joke. One of the guards is often on his phone instead of monitoring the cameras or keeping the building secure. Strangers without key fobs walk right in, and the garage gate is unreliable so expect to have issues leaving the building after hours. The building is filthy after hours. There’s no one cleaning in the evenings, so by early morning, expect to step over dog pee. Fire alarms randomly go off…
  • Urban 22 is a complete scam pretending to be a luxury apartment building. The biggest issue is the parking situation, which is an absolute disaster. No clear signage, no guidance, no warnings — just towing. They create confusion and then punish people for it, and once your car is gone, they suddenly want nothing to do with you. Customer service is nonexistent. Management doesn’t help, doesn’t explain, and doesn’t take responsibility. You’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a person. The apartments themselves are nothing special. Basic layouts, average finishes, nothing that justifies…
  • Probably the worst part about living here is dealing with the front desk staff. They talk to you like if they’re doing you a favor by acknowledging your presence. Even when you ask a simple question, they act like you’re the biggest inconvenience. They get defensive and argumentative. Almost every single interaction I’ve had with them was off putting and I’ve worked in hospitality for years and was always super polite to them so there’s no excuse for their behavior. One day, they sent a letter to me and a few other tenants with pets saying that we failed to pick up our pet’s poop and that…
