Scheduled a tour at 10 AM with the number they provide, and we waited outside for an hour before we just left. The number they provide on the sign outside doesn’t ever answer. The number it directs you to is a call center. Talked to a tenant who was outside, and she told us how impossible it was to reach anyone for help. Good luck if you decide to move here
Lived here a year. Not really worth the price for what you get. Might as well buy a $600,000 house for the same cost and have 10x better construction and someone who replies to your emails. Good things - everyone in the complex is pretty nice and it's clean. Easy to park or have guests park on the adjacent street. Good location, but won't be renewing. Everything is super fragile, they definitely did not build these with care. I've had blinds fall off and give me a bruised nose. A bit confused on the reviews as my experience has been quite the opposite, I’ve lived here a year with no complaints, I have consistently found Andrea to be very helpful. Maintenance request always addressed promptly and efficiently. I enjoy living here and the years to come! :)
I am a current tenant and recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the management of Roosevelt Townhome (CAM Property). Despite multiple attempts to reach them via email, text, and phone calls regarding an urgent leasing term issue, they have completely ignored my communications. The worst part is that this is not the first time they are doing this to me, and all other reviews provided here make it more apparent that they give very little care about their tenants/comms with them. They are completely unresponsive to both emails and phone calls. It is incredibly frustrating to try to get any issues resolved or even basic information from them. This lack of communication has made living here an awful experience. I strongly advise potential residents to look elsewhere if they want reliable and responsive property management.
The absolute worst place to live, if I could rate it 0 stars I would. Please save your time and sanity. Before moving in, there was damage to my stairs in the unit to which I was promised that they would be fixed within the first week I moved in. Fast forward 3 months and they were still not fixed after multiple phone calls and emails saying that it would be done. After withholding my rent for 2 weeks after it was due this past month (4 months after I moved in) they then magically got back to me and said they would fix it. I then get two workers who showed up at my door unannounced saying…
I scheduled a tour here, waited one hour and no one showed up. I called the line to get transferred to individuals that could not help me. It was extremely unprofessional and no one seemed to get ahold of the agent that was supposed to tour us. A call to reschedule would be nice. Poor service. For “luxury” apartments I expect better.
we’ve lived here almost a year and have really enjoyed the property. We love the design and layout of the house, and the community is quiet. These townhomes don’t have an on-site clubhouse where you can speak to property management but we have a man here at the community that really helps take care of the place. He has pulled our trash cans in a few times when we forgot, and gives us a knock when we have a package. He really makes the place look nice and feel safe.
