Shoddy management
Beautiful views
Ridiculously loud construction from the upstairs unit that drives my wife and kids crazy at all hours of the day. Unresponsive management who told us “deal with it”
Was staying with a friend. They allow other units to have ongoing construction with incredibly loud banging and drilling at all hours of the day. My baby couldn’t sleep and kept waking up and the construction laughed at us when we knocked

Prices just don’t make sense. Decent building, nothing extraordinary.
One Highline and their employees/brokers/residents constantly illegally park, blocking 18th street buses creating a massive road blockage all the way to the west side highway, and illegally park in front of fire hydrants. After 20 minutes of road disruption and horn honking, 2 employees couldn’t figure out how to drive a car. I remember my first time driving a car too!
One of the nicest finishes Ive seen in a while! I tour so many buildings but this was a good one. Divided into East and West towers. Each has two different finishes. Pick your poison whether you want morning city view units or afternoon light with river view. It is slightly further from the subways however a lot of amenities near by to enjoy. Chelsea piers, little island, chelsea market, meat packing district, highline park. A lot going on around here. You can also take a nice walk to the Hudsonyards via highline. Yea, this building is nice.
