Houses Interiorly are nice. But the area is so crowded. Concentration of population in this area is so high. And new phase will be finish soon and it will be twice. If U don't like crowded area. Dont think abt here at all.
Horrible and intriguer community. Sounds pass through like there were no walls. Company took shortcuts and cut costs which resulted in low quality building
Good buildings... probably. No air conditioners in the bedroom, only in the living room. Poor infrastructure between buildings. No ways to go to the neighbor's yard.
Good apartments, no electricity or water blackouts, cozy and warm. All the needed shops, groceries, coffee shops, wineries and craft beer shops are really close. Free elevators and clean entrances. One negative point is that trash bins are outside of building area near the road, and none of them are sorting bins.

M2 projects are well made. a lot of apartments are there in the area. there are multiple shops such as nikora, beauty salons, etc, available nearby. you can get there by bus or taxi but having a car or motorbike makes it much more convenient. in the are are a lot pf parking space and there is even court for basketball as well as playground for kids.
Its perfect place for travellers with full comfort, 24 hour security and supermarkets, stadium, park and playground, free parking and great apartment. Huge Hippodrome park is right next to the property, where u can enjoy fresh air, beautiful nature and do some sports. Location is very central and all kinds of public transport is all around, also lots of shops, banks, cafes and restaurants, salons and casinos and many more. All guests love this place, because it has full comfort in one place, also free parking available.
m2 is the company that neglects ecological situation in the city, destroys recreation green areas, and has a law quality buildings.
Nice modern buildings to live but as many things in Georgia not planned properly. Too many buildings for a living complex. Kind of ant farm.
