  • We have lived here for about a year, and not going to extend our lease. Since moving here, my Oura score has dropped significantly because of the constant noise in and around the building. Even earplugs do not help. The building is located in a popular event area, so there is frequent noise from events, as well as construction during both the day and night. The active pier directly in front of the building also creates ongoing noise. In addition, there appears to be little to no sound insulation, as neighbours can clearly be heard talking (you ca hear exact words), walking, using the toilet,…
  • Love living at Verde, the staff and community are great! The neighborhood is up and coming and super accessible. The views are incredible! Nothing like waking up to Ballpark and Bay views!
  • I’ve lived at Verde for a few months now and overall it’s a positive place to live, especially if you need a dog-friendly location, there are parks nearby and it’s very walkable. The walls are soundproof, and the lounge/common areas are nice, but the exterior windows have never been cleaned since I moved in, which really affects the building’s appearance. Staff quality varies. A couple of team members are professional and kind, but at times some are distracted, on their phones, or not fully present at the desk. Sometimes the desk is unattended for longer than it should be, which is concerning…
  • Living at Verde is great. The staff is friendly. The building is secure. The location is great and super convenient for public transportation. Amenities are available and well kept.

  • Beautiful building! I just moved in last week and the process was so seamless. Management was great about answering all of my questions and I felt confident signing my lease virtually!
  • Have been living in this place for 1yr and 3mo. So far, I am reasonably happy with this apartment. Let me break down some of the pros and cons I felt living here. Pros: The staffs are great and they're in the front desk 24/7. I don't know if the package room is actually helping, but no package theft happened in just over a year of time. The maintenance request is handled quickly with friendly staffs. The neighborhood is very clean and nice with walking distance to groceries, restaurants and cafes, UPS, etc. I guess it depends on the unit, but the view is great in general. Cons: If you don't…
  • We’ve loved our experience at Verde! The team is welcoming, responsive, and made our move-in a year ago seamless. They’re always quick to help and genuinely care about the resident experience. The frequent community events are a great touch and made moving to a new city feel far less intimidating. While issues can arise in any community, the staff consistently works to address them thoughtfully and professionally. The neighborhood is evolving fast with exciting new businesses popping up, and we just renewed our lease. Looking forward to what’s ahead at Verde!
  • Verde is a modern, attractive building with great potential. The units are new, the views are beautiful (though window cleaning is long overdue), and the front desk, cleaning, and security staff are all excellent. That said, some areas need attention. Exterior tile repairs have dragged on for months, delaying window cleaning over a year (see photos). The elevators lack air circulation and often smell unpleasant. Security could be improved with cameras in hallways and elevators, since once inside, anyone can access all floors. Package management is frustrating despite an extra monthly fee, and…
