A great development and very much enjoyed my time living there....homely. quiet and respectful neighbours...communal facilities excellent....A personal shout out to Celita from the Elite Management team for her exceptional customer service and assisting us greatly when moving out.
Nice apartment with studio and 1 BHK flats. Shopping. Medical shop.saloon and play school. Laundry restaurant etc. Parking .nice place in liwan
The attendant Khaja from the Aston pharmacy is wonderful! Very attentive and helped me a lot when I needed it. Very satisfied!
I just moved in to Danube The move in part was smooth Ms Celita helped with all the doubts and helped me in connecting with my ista to get noc faster So far so good

Nice and clean apartment in a calm and cozy area of Dubai. I've been living here for the last two years and have no complaints so far. Celita from their customer management team is very helpful and responds quickly to your questions. Overall happy with the place :)
Fine place. Bad quality of construction. Cooling never works as intended. Quite easy to find everything nearby. Managment started to go crazy not allowing you to do any type of modification to your home, controlling how your balcony should looks. Sometimes you will have to ask for the ammenities to be cleaned again. Two starts only because I dont like how they keep the door entrance and the balcony as if were theirs
Random roaches appear in my studio from time to time. Bad leakage from a unit above me leaked sewage in my kitchen area and this wasn’t fixed for weeks despite consistent complaints. This building does not support families with two drivers. Parking spots for only one driver, not even visitor spots. Parking outside the building from 8a.m. to 10p.m. costs and will be an additional bill if you park outside daily. Management forced additional spaces to be sealed off from parking. Spend the extra 10-20k and find a better building to live in, especially if you have a family. Management could at…
