One of the worst experience living in a building. We all hear of Sobha quality but for me the experience is far from the truth. Noisy alarms every day , used do be every week, for the last 3 days it’s a daily basis. And it’s not your regular alarm , it’s a heart attack scary alarm , my husband is convince one day he will get home because of it 2nd the windows cracking noise. Usually around 2-3 hra every morning when the sun hits the window there is a cracking sound every few seconds on the windows , which apparently is a common thing in Dubai , however was not expecting in a Sobha “quality”…
I lived here for one year and loved it. The apartment was perfect - small but ideal for what I needed. The building is well maintained, receptionists always friendly. I experienced no noise on my floor at all - 28th floor - in fact I rarely saw my neighbors. Supermarkets within walking distance, peaceful and safe community. I don’t have a bad word to say.
I am informed u bike riders have problems to park back side give parking to front side other we drick talk to coustumber come down thanks
The receptionists at Sobha Creek Vistas Reserve are always so kind and welcoming — it’s really nice to be greeted with such warmth every time I enter the building after a long day at work. The property itself is high-quality, with a clean and green environment. Security and maintenance teams are professional and reliable. The community around it is very convenient too, with several shops, cafés, and salons just nearby. Overall, a great place to live!

This hotel security not allowed to park delivery riders,,,they have own parking but they are not allowing, why? Such a stopid did,,,
Stayed in Impeccable Apartment 1310A by Stay. Loved it. Great location, nice community view, 7 minutes from Dubai Mall, nearby Choithrams grocery store and 2 schools just across the road. Nice finishings as well and very clean. Smaller unit but big enough for couple.
Living for 9 months, construction non stop, entry routes closing constantly , no parking for school which causes traffic, security asks my visitors to park only for 30 mins. Parking spots unorganized everyone parks wherever they want. No spots for taxi to wait which causes blockage to enter the building. Since moved in there is a bad smell coming from water drainage, asked for maintenance minimum 5 times to fix it, they told me to put everyday hot water in drainages.regardless that i was putting soda and vinegar with hot water almost every week.
