Shout out to the Tricon Sunridge team it has been a breath of fresh air working with this company, especially Madelyn she was on top of everything so kind and helpful. From the application process to getting our keys our whole moving experience was smooth and professional. Our new home is beautiful I would definitely recommend to others.
We had a lot of Different experiences prior to finding Tricon. Months of applying and putting holding deposits down and awaiting call backs for availability. From the moment we stepped into Tricon we felt seen. Madelyn was amazing and helped me and our family find our home after months of stress and overpaying on month to month rent due to our lease ending. Move in was easy and flexible and the new home has been amazing. I have already recommended several others to this company due to the experience we had. We are thankful for Tricon and our family has peace of mind.
Our family moved from out of state and Tricon Sunridge made the process incredibly easy! We worked with Madelyn, who was super helpful and made the process of moving, prior to seeing the home, as stress free as possible. The virtual tours of the neighborhood really helped us decide on the layout plan we wanted.
What an AMAZING experience! Madelyn is beyond kind, helpful and attentive! The application process was a breeze and approval was quick as well! Our new rental being a smart home makes living here so convenient. We are so excited to be living here!!

My wife and I are so happy to be moving into this beautiful neighborhood. Shortly after finding this community, we were able to get a tour scheduled. On the tour we were given a in depth explanations of the houses, options and amenities. We loved the place and knew we wanted to apply. The application process was super easy. Madelyn was incredible helpful in answering questions and helping us get accepted and moved in quickly. We super excited to live in this community.
From info to move in Claudia and Madelyn and Fabiola have been informative and kept in contact with us the entire time helping walk us through the application process. Always being available to answer all our questions and concerns making us feel very comfortable. Moving into our first house was a major step. Claudia made the move in process very simple and quick. Very thankful for the staff here and their knowledge. Would 10 out of 10 recommend this community.

I viewed this community last week and it was such an amazing experience. Everything was clean and the homes were all very modern and beautiful. I am a single mom of two girls so safety is my top priority. The neighborhood seemed quiet and a perfect place to raise a family. Our guide Madelyn was so helpful and informative. She let me ask all my questions and the kids even loved her! Very easy process to apply and the staff is very communicative along the way. 10/10 would recommend this community to any of my friends and family.
