Very convenient location. Close to park, community center, medical clinic, shopping mall, royal oak skytrain station. Design is good. High ceiling. With west face balcony, never worry about sunlight. Although the building equips with AC,but we seldom use it because the room temperature is just right. Summer cool and winter warm. The safest building in this area.
Nice 👌
Road work and building construction.
Place I call home.
