We stayed here for one night. The location is good, with nearby amenities and easy access to restaurants and shops. However, the overall concept of “luxury apartments” is not well maintained — there’s no proper staff support or maintenance system in place. The apartment had several cleanliness issues: bed sheets and blankets were not properly washed, and towels were also not clean. The washroom had poor water pressure, drainage problems, and an unsatisfactory flush system. As it’s a furnished apartment, the sofas and furniture were dusty, and the kitchen items had an unpleasant smell. These…

I was astonished to see such a nice living place. Very safe, well managed maintenance facilities. Highly cooperative and motivated maintenance and facility management team.

Its a very good option for living since its families only and is super safe and secure no worries about how the next neighbour is going to be its all families and justa wonderfull small neighborhood of appts. Excellent facility management system. Well defined complaints attendance system.

Best place for living , along with all basic and essential needs and requirement, CCTV camera surveillance 24/7 , electricity, water supply everything you ever want
Apartments are good with imported amenities but the management staff, though courteous, is ill equipped to maintain these. The maintenance staff should be more professional and be able to handle the imported amenities. The staff is overworked too as they are also looking after other towers.
