I moved in about a month ago, and so far things are going well. Experienced a minor hiccup, but the maintenance supervisor, Dylan, is efficient, explains everything clearly, and always provides a resolution. The property manager, Kay, addresses issues promptly. Communication with the leasing team could be improved. Overall, it’s a well-maintained community with an easy commute to the city. Pictures on the website are 100% accurate.
Obviously people have no patience. I never got the name of the person assisting me, but they were very responsive. Even messaged me way after hours. I reached out and left a message on 6/19. Received a message back on 6/23, asking questions and such of what I wanted/needed. I completed the application on 6/24, and was approved on 6/30. Paid the deposit today, 7/02. The general public needs to give grace to those in fields assisting people. This is a new property, and I am sure that leasing has been very difficult. Poor Communication & No Clear Answers My experience so far has been really frustrating. I’ve asked multiple times whether they accept Section 8 / Housing Choice Vouchers or any income-based rental assistance, and they still have not given me a direct answer. Instead, they keep pushing me to complete the application and pay fees, even though they won’t answer a very basic yes-or-no question. Good communication is important, especially when people are trying to find housing for their families. Before asking applicants to pay money, they should be willing to clearly answer the questions we need…
I had such a great experience with the apartment team! Kay, the community director, was incredible, she guided me through every step of the process, always texting and chatting with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. I also met Chantail on the day I came to pick up my keys and sign the final documents, she was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you both for making the move-in experience so positive!

Current resident. First time renter. Not the best but not the worse Things that need to get better… communication; NONE of the numbers online you can use to call to contact. The email is also not in service same as the number on the site. Leasing agents are now on site after 2 months of residents moving in August. Building 06 & 07 have no elevators which was not mentioned in app process… was told complex had none all together. Easy access to buildings for non-residents. The portal was down all month which lead to eviction notices all around the complex… which payment had to be took over to…
Clean at first then the residents and maintenance got lazy now it’s loose trash everywhere. Then BUGS STINK BUGS ARE EVRYWHERE. CANT EVEN GO ON THE PORCH WITHOUT A PLETHORA OF THEM ON THE PORCH. DONT WORRY I HAVE PICS of everything since google won’t let me use videos. So now Starting the review , 2 of the 4 buildings don’t have elevators so if you apply and don’t want to walk up 65 stairs don’t apply to building 1 or 2. I inquired about a month and a half ago, the application process wasn't bad and they communicated with me through the process, if i had any questions they answered in a timely manner. I was approved and Im about to pay my deposit. However I went on the website today and it says free rent until November, I want to know if I qualify for that. And if im paying my deposit to move in tomorrow or Saturday will my move in date be pushed to a later date because its urgent that I move out of where I live by the October 1st.
The apartments i believe are still under construction. Very nice apartment complex. Nice seem to be quiet part of West blvd. Easy to catch public transit and in the middle of everything Airport, shopping, Restaurants etc.
