Zero rating, this building has the worst maintenance team ever.. maintenance team will attend minor request after more than a week. Emergency request will be attended more than 12hrs. The maintenance team declogged our drainage in the morning and then has to be continued at night which is supposed to be the sleeping time of my child who needs to wake up in the morning to go to school. We’re calling the manager of the building but doesn’t pick up the call.
Amazing building very nice clean and secure management is also very good and professional always respond on time building maintenance is too good they maintain there standards
In warsan 4, i believe this is the best building considering their building management, its cleaning, very calm building with a nice gym.24/7 security, maintenance assistant. Perfect for families. As family man i would suggest this building for your peaceful and enjoyable stay.
Very bad experience, the fire alarm regularly is comes up from day to day , sometimes times in mid night , and we walk up at 3am or 4am , and today was working for more than 10min continuously @7 am , it’s really horrible and awful. The management are not even offering an apology when we complained ( rude saying its not our matter , speak to security)

One of the best building in the area, the management is very friendly especially Mr. Yehia and the building is very clean and organized, and the environment is very quiet and I highly recommend it.
One of the worst building management i have ever seen in my life. I advice to never rent an apartment in this building even if they give you 11 month for free.. And if you ever think of moving in here then forget about your deposit. They are always going to find a way to take of all the money you have. Please don't waste your money on this scam building. I would rate my experience a zero star. Terrible building!!
Do NOT consider this building even in worst scenario. They have never sent maintenance team for damages at the time we called .. and once we left the flat they asked a heft of amount under the name of damages which is 90% only paint work.
I was a tenant of this building till November 2020. Neat and clean building but quality of building like wardrobe and sanitary ware is not up to mark as I am also working as an Engineer in construction sector. good things is that they will take immediate action against complaints registered through their app. security teams also very nice and proper supervision is there.
