  • Hi, I was looking for an apartment today and I stopped at the case building here in Deep Ellum and I have to say between the tour experience the amenities the apartment layout and just a quality of the tour experience I had today. I am definitely sold and it looks like this may be my next place to live. Bre was exceptional and I’m excited to live here because of her.
  • My experience with the Case building was second to none. Very nice facilities and a great location. The stay is very welcoming. Melissa at the front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. She is always eager to help navigating around the building and current activities. To locating food or entertainment in the neighborhood.
  • Really enjoying my first few days in the Case! Ended up towards the top of the building, on the side facing trunk avenue. This side of the building is nice; you get the sunrise instead of the sunset which I like. A little louder than my last place given the Case being in Deep Ellum, but nothing that disrupts my day-to-day or sleep schedule. The unit itself is super clean, and I really appreciate the work they put in to refresh it after the last tenants. Melissa was so helpful throughout the leasing process! It was about a week between my first tour and move-in, and she kept me updated and…
  • I moved into The Case Building back in December and it’s been a really good experience. The move in process was really stress free and fast - James my leasing agent helped a lot and made things smooth. Melissa has been wonderful too, her customer service is always on point when I see her at the front desk and she’s super friendly every time I see her. The amenities here are great and make living here even better. Anytime I put in a maintenance request it gets taken care of quick, which I really appreciate. Overall I’ve been happy with my time here so far.

  • I moved in just over a month ago and have been very impressed so far. Firstly, James was super helpful from touring, to applying, to move in day. He made sure to have or find an answer to every question I had along the way and follow up with me when needed. Move in day went superb. I have had some really awful experiences in the past and was pleasantly surprised at how well this move in went. My unit was spotless clean and had barely any notable damage/issues to report. They even gave me a cute little move in bag with merch and a small bottle of champagne to celebrate. James was there and…
  • I recently moved to The Case Building two weeks ago, today!! There are so many great things about living at this complex. I almost do not know where to begin, so I will start with Alyssa since she is the reason I am here. She made my move in process so quick and seamless. She is still very helpful and nothing short of amazing. Not only Alyssa, but all the staff here at the Case Building, from the cleaning staff, to the security, to the residents. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is ready to assist whenever needed. I really feel that the residents' needs are top priority for the…
  • I love Case! I have lived here since July 2021 in two different units and have had very few problems here. Staff is all wonderful and friendly, maintenance gets your requests done super quick, the dog park is wonderfully sized, the views are great, it is a quiet community and the apartments are very nice. I’ve always felt safe in the building with someone on site 24 hours a day! You get what you pay for here! The gym and pool are a bit small compared to most apartments but regardless they are nice.
  • Personally, I’ve loved living here. The city lights on the 17th floor are simply mesmerizing. The walls are nice & thick, providing a serene sense of privacy & seclusion. Upon receiving news that I got accepted into a private University in Raleigh, NC, I was both excited & mortified. I read many reviews of people feeling like they had been treated poorly/unfairly. Regardless I hoped for the best. After all the only direction to take in a tough situation is through. What I didn’t know, was that the old property manager quit, being replaced by Cristal. I found Cristal to be quite reasonable,…
