Terrible customer service, can’t be bothered to reply. If we could transfer our treatment package to a different branch we would but they are unresponsive to calls, texts and even emails

Doctors not always available. The customer is adjusting instead of the employee. Waste of time and mostly only available 1-2 hours. Need to always ask before hand if you don’t want to waste your travel time

I had a facial here with my mom, and we both had a bad experience. My mom said the extractions were so painful that she had to ask them to stop. It was our first time at their Megamall branch. On my end, the facialist seemed to be in a hurry, rushing through everything. We've had much better experiences at their other branch, where they take their time, spoil you with a relaxing face massage, and carefully apply skincare products. Here, they just slapped the products on and moved on. I was done in 30 minutes!

Bad service. I would not recommend booking a diode appointment. Literally no effect after and you just become hairier than usual. Better to go to other branches than waste your money here.

Booked 2 appointments. 1pm and 2pm We were late and arrived at 145pm which invalidated our appointment which is okay. But for the 2pm appointment, we were called at around 3pm. Which is definitely not okay. Pag na late ka ng dating invalid na ung appointment pero pag dumating ka. 1hr naman aantayin mo. Napaka unprofessional. Bad service from this branch.

The receptionists were unprofessional and unable to assist with our inquiries. Instead of receiving helpful assistance, we were laughed off. Not a place I would recommend.
