Incredible stay! Fannie in the main building’s reception desk gave me a super early check, which I was so happy about coming in hours before check in. I stayed in the east wing and they drove me there, which I noticed after walking between buildings would’ve been a hassle with what I had, so thank you. The operations manager in the east building answered my questions and helped me with a late check out and complimentary espresso. This place is a 5 min walk from the train station into the city, which was so convenient. I would definitely come back here and maybe try the main building to see…

My staying in this hotel was extremely pleasant! Rooms are sophisticated using modern technology, which even makes it better, beds are very comfortable and you could sleep like a baby, but what really made the difference is the staff! Especially a guy called Ameer at the concierge, and a fine lady receptionist called Fanni, I cant thank them both enough. Another thanks to the entire team, and if I ever return to Zürich, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.
Hotel rooms are extremely small but Hospitality which Amindra gave us felt like home away from home. We will come back soon to Five Zürich

A wise person once said it's not marble that makes a luxury hotel, but service. And the service here has serious problems. The hotel tries hard to look luxury with stylish design everywhere, but honestly a regular 5-star chain hotel feels more luxurious. Three major issues with service: 1. Housekeeping couldn't clean our room until 4 PM. Really strange when you've been out all day and want to rest but can't because your room isn't ready. 2. On Saturday there was a big pool party for bloggers and local influencers. At that day it was hard to get to the pool. Also they generally invite random…
I had such a pleasant stay in this place. I was enjoying my stay . I was also dining out at Penthouse Zürich and I was pleased by Maxim’s performance and also the foods were tasty. Amindra is a great at the entrance. 1415. I would like to come back in the future.
I must highly recommend the Five Zurich to anyone traveling to Zurich. Amindra and Maria are a star team and the whole staff are great. The way they handled each situation with grace and poise despite our complicated needs with my elderly parents was amazing. I feel like it’s my second home. Will definitely return. Also the restaurant teams! And Felipe in East Wing. Rocks stars all of them. The restaurant teams are such a well oiled machine. I ate Soul St and had breakfast too twice. Excellent guys and gals from such international backgrounds. I hope management visits their own hotel to give…
