I’ve been seeing my derma for a while now, and she is truly exceptional. I have autoimmune conditions, psoriasis and alopecia, and finding someone who genuinely understands and cares has made such a huge difference in my journey. Even though I’m based in El Nido and need to travel to Puerto every two weeks, I honestly don’t mind the long trip because her treatment, guidance, and support are absolutely worth it. I've had several appointments to treat a skin infection with different prescription creams and ointments as well as oral antibiotics. Nothing cleared it up although Dr. always said it was looking much better but never did. A pharmacist when visiting Dubai thought it looked like ringworm so recommended Panderm which was antibiotics plus antifungal and steroid and cleared up all my skin infections. If a dermatologist can't distinguish between a bacteria or fungal skin infection, I wouldn't trust them with my skin care.
