This building is very terrible as an actual tenant I swear the staff is even more worst they hand pick who they want to bother, and don't they care how they talk to you at all. Also, they switch management and the new management is very terrible. I would never recommend any to live here at all and everything that was supposed to be done by last summer still isn't its always construction being done barely can sleep. Let's not forget the weird noises the building makes when it's very windy & things falling apart in your apartment don't let the big, tall niceness fool you. THE BROOKLYN TOWER IS…
Working with Faton the resident manager has been a great experience. Faton is very responsive, communicates very thoroughly and is always most helpful for the tenants. He goes above and beyond making our experience at the Brooklyn Tower incredibly smooth!
A huge win for Lord of the Rings fans who want to experience Brooklyn through the lens of Sauron himself. Admission is about $4,000/month, so the value of the attraction is a little contentious.
I haven’t been to downtown Brooklyn in about a year, and I was pleasantly surprised to see this building. I’m not reviewing the amenities, just the magnificent look of it. It’s definitely one of the most beautiful buildings in the entire city, easily in my top five. It looks like something out of Batman’s Gotham City or the Avengers’ headquarters. Hats off to the designers and architects! Just gorgeous!

I’ve truly enjoyed living in The Brooklyn Tower for the last month. From the moment I toured my unit, the management team has been incredibly communicative, ensuring that every step of my move-in process went smoothly. On the day of my move, the concierge even called me to confirm I knew how to enter the building—a small but thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the level of service here. Upon arrival, the facilities team personally walked me through my unit, making sure I understood how to use everything. That level of care and attention to detail made me feel instantly at home. Architecturally, this is a gorgeous supertall that stands out from the much criticized "blue glass boxes" of modern construction. This skyscraper is the tallest ever built in Brooklyn, or anywhere in NYC outside Manhattan for that matter. It's probably my favorite design of this century, perfectly balancing art deco elegance with modern styles.
“Then at last his gaze was held: wall upon wall, battlement upon battlement, black tower of adamant, he saw it: Barad-dûr, Fortress of Sauron.”
Without a doubt, this is the most iconic building next to Manhattan. It represents courage, strength, and confidence! Standing tallest in the highly characteristic Brooklyn Center, it is close to Manhattan, echoing across the distance. Interestingly, from afar in Newark, the World Trade Center in Manhattan and the Brooklyn Tower are the most prominent buildings in their respective areas. Simply a million-dollar view from Brooklyn Tower!
