I’ve enjoyed living at Paraiso Bayviews in many ways. The amenities are great, building is safe and secure, but the dog policies feel unnecessarily restrictive and unfair. Dogs must be carried through the lobby. This isn’t realistic for many residents, especially those with medium or large dogs. Or if you are injured or carrying groceries, food, etc. While you can sometimes avoid the lobby by going through a single service elevator, this is often booked for moves or slow to come. It’s also challenging to use a dog sitter under the current rules since they can only enter and exit through the…
This building has tho absolute worst management I have ever witnessed in my life. They are cruel and try to make money from tenants any way they can. Stay away from this living facility.
my friend lives at paraiso bayviews and every time i visit, i’m blown away. the building is stunning and the amenities are beautiful, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. they’re always so kind, welcoming, and attentive, it feels like they truly care about the residents and guests. it’s rare to see that level of service anywhere in miami. i always enjoy coming by and can see why my friend loves living here so much!! 10/10

I have lived and owned in Paraiso Bayviews since 2021 and I am very happy there with the management, cleanliness, organization and the employees are friendly and helpful.
This is one of the best and most luxurious places you would ever want to find in downtown Miami if you're ever in Miami and have an opportunity to see the inside of these luxurious Condominiums you will be in awe 🤩😍👍
Avoid this building at all costs. The management here is simply terrible and has consistently failed to address the issues I've raised during my stay. They don’t enforce any of their rules leading to lots of misconduct in the building. Serious issues with noise complaints, management won’t believe you or take action. They requested that a security guard enter my BEDROOM after hours (past 11 pm) to confirm the noise. This is completely unprofessional and a VIOLATION of privacy. HORRIBLE management. I have lived in several buildings throughout Miami, and this is without a doubt the worst. The management is unresponsive and inept. The neighboring unit's noise level is excessive at all hours of the day including late night/early morning. Many complaints made to management without sufficient action taken. Package receiving is also disorganized. If you are considering renting, I would highly encourage you look elsewhere.
