This place is fine but not ideal for business travel. There is co working space but no printer. the internet is unreliable and the front desk doesn't have a lot of answers. also right now they're is a lot of construction making it hard to walk to nearby places without being in the street.
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service we received at check-in. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist (who refused to give us her name, glasses, was wearing a bun with edges, and a nose piercing) had a rude tone, an obvious attitude, and came across as very passive-aggressive. We were simply trying to check in, yet every question we asked was met with irritation instead of professionalism. Loved the property and the stay! Customer services was a 10/10. Joel at the front desk checked us in he was extremely friendly and very informative. I really loved the amenity they had to offer. This was the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen, pool was amazing it was really fun that they had a movie theater, private work space, and game room with a billiards table. If you are staying in Miami for a few nights it’s great because the room had a full fridge, cooking range, and dishwasher. Location was great just next to the Miami world center. Excellent stay, The location is perfect close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped, with beautiful city views that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was professional and responsive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

I had a rough night but I wanted to pay compliments to the staff who were very patient, empathetic and understanding. my stay was for the hotel. Very nice amenities and very nice room with an incredible view. great job to the staff.
Opal was very kind and accommodating to our family! The rooms are great! The in room laundry is a hidden gem! Highly recommend. Great price for the location.
Beware hidden fees! Nice rooms, good location — aside from the neverending construction happening outside. We received one key for our suite which was a little frustrating considering there was a key pad on the door (that they didn’t offer the code for) and we had to keep trading off. Also doors don’t automatically lock which was not disclosed to us and someone strolled right into our room without knocking, completely unannounced. Pretty scary. Then, upon leaving the hotel, I was charged $100 for 2 days of “service fees” that had never been disclosed to me and, when I tried to refute and…
Beautiful apartment. Stayed one night. Everything was clean. Nice size bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The deal breaker was that the pull out couch was like sleeping on a wood table. Very uncomfortable! Would not stay here again, if the pull out couch was needed. ||Pool was available on top floor. The issue was that you need a special key fob to get to it. Each room is given one fob. So if there are two in your party, and one person goes to the pool, the other person cannot meet you there at a later time. The elevator won’t take you there, without the key fob. The elevator will not take you…
