The mosque sings its chants too loudly at 5:30, I assure you, you will wake up and so on every day, In addition to other problems with parking, a terrible management company, strangers in the building, they also turned the gym into a kindergarten!!!!!!!!! This should be fined!!!!!

I moved into 1 Residence East Tower last month, and so far it has been a very motivating experience living in the heart of the city. The apartment layout is excellent, the views are fabulous, and the building facilities and staff are impressive. Before moving here, I was a bit hesitant because of some comments I read about issues like water leakage and window noise, but I’m very happy I went ahead. The Best Place to Live! I’ve had an amazing experience living in this tower. The building is well-maintained, and everything feels clean and modern. The new management team is very helpful, responsive, and professional — they really go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable. The apartments are beautifully designed with great attention to detail. I didn't face any leakage as it written on another reviews . Terrible and dirty We booked 4109 upon entering the unit we found cockroaches all over the place inside the closets, the kitchen and bathroom The management offered to send me spray !!! Awful
Pest Control I have been living in the West Tower of 1 Residences for a few months, and started seeing cockroaches very often in corridor and elevator hall. Although I requested pest control from the building maintenance team, they only remove the visible cockroaches but never conduct proper pest control treatment. Maintenance asks me to send photos of the cockroaches as “evidence,” so my phone gallery is now full of cockroach pictures. I reported the issue through the Wasl Community app, but no actions taken. The worst place to live. Leaks everywhere. The management is the worst you could ever imagine—they are completely useless. The security staff only bothers you instead of doing their job. The absolute worst part of this tower is the leaks that affect every apartment. Leaks even coming from the toilet of the unit above you.
