I lived here for 3 years and the building staff is lovely. The Property manager Oksana and her assistant Kacie leave much to be desired. These units were built cheaply and during Covid without must oversight. As a result my unit was experiencing dirty water issues for months and the way the property management team stalled and tried to ignore this issue was frankly astonishing. It wasn’t until HUD got involved that they took the matter seriously. However the damage was done, I was without clean hot water through an entire Winter, before they alone to move out. I lived at Brooklyn Crossing for 3 years and want to start off by saying staff at this building is amazing. From Will, Berto, Dante, Ruben, Tony and everyone else who came and went over the three years--they all made residing here bearable given the tyrannical and disrespectful management team. Please heed the advice of many of the other negative reviews about management. They are all true. When management schedules a window cleaning for the unit above you, the dirty water will streak down to your unit and you will be responsible for paying for your own window cleaning even though the stains…
I booked a paid amenity room with BBQ pits for a private event. Unfortunately, the grills did not function properly (some did not turn on, others could hardly heat up), which meant a lot of food went to waste and the space couldn’t be used as intended. I raised the issue with management afterward and asked if they would consider a partial reimbursement, but they refused. To be clear: management has said I should have filed a maintenance request during the event, but that expectation is not realistic when you are hosting dozens of guests and dealing with wasted food. I had a great experience working with Elijah at Brooklyn Crossing. He was patient with all my questions, understood exactly what I was looking for, and stayed consistent and supportive throughout the process — from multiple viewings to move-in. Everything was smooth and efficient. I already knew how nice the building and amenities were from someone who’s lived here for a while, but the referral credit was a nice bonus. I’d recommend both Elijah and the building.

Do not waste your time and apply here. The leasing rep told me to submit an application and misinformed me. Look at other buildings and avoid Brooklyn Crossing

The front desk staff are amazing. Building is nice and clean. But the build quality of the unit is terrible and management doesn’t seem to care either. I’m the first tenant in this new apartment and have had my dishwasher disconnect, no hot water for 14 hours, toilet bowl leak, and stovetop electrical issues. I feel like the builders really rushed the building and installations and management doesn’t have fast way to resolve these issues.
I was visiting a friend who lives there, and she really impressed me. Not only the distribution of the apartment but also the amenities it has. the views are impressive and the meeting and celebration rooms are simply majestic. The pool area has all the equipment to spend a pleasant time with friends or family. without a doubt, I could live there.
