  • Karen gave me a good apartment tour guide!
  • So much has occurred that I don't know where to begin. Additionally, I am not certain which combination of discrimination that I have been experiencing for the past year....was it classism, agism, anti-military veteran, antisemitism? Nonetheless, over the past year, literally, the apartment management company and participating employees have repeatedly ask me for lots paperwork each month with at least two or more requests and contacts each month....while asking every two-three month if I want to close my application. No, I do not want to close my application. Furthermore, originally they…
  • The programs hosted by resident services is a thoughtful addition to the already wonderful location and building. Would recommend living there to anyone.
  • Really appreciate the resident services and the thoughtful programs they host—makes a big difference! The building itself is beautiful, and the location is super convenient. Overall, a great place to live!

  • I enjoyed the effort of some of the programs being held because they didn’t have it before
  • Good building. Nice apartments but incredibly bad management. A long standing tenant did not receive their deposit back. Unable to reach them on the phone. They will make every excuse in the book to avoid you. Completely unacceptable customer service for a building. Oh and plenty of construction noise for a very long time. Beware.
  • I can’t comment on the apartment units themselves but I came here to meet someone, waited for them in the lobby, then went up to the terrace, through the lounge. It was nice to have many places to sit in the lobby but the couches and cushions were all worn and dingy. One of the chairs had a couple of face masks wedged between the cushions (gross). When I went up to the floor with the terrace, we went through the lounge. The terrace had a garden and typical metal patio furnitures but a nice view which seems like it’s going to get blocked by new constructions that’s going on eventually. I used…
  • Worst experience in nyc parking ever. These people try and shake you down for more money to get your car quicker. If you don’t pay the e tea they purposely ignore you and make you wait until the end. I was on line with 50 other people after a concert and was one of the first to go give them my ticket. I ended up the last one to get my car 45 minutes later. Real lowlifes. Avoid this place at all costs!!
