Living at Voda Apartments has been such a great experience! The building is clean, modern, and really well taken care of. The management team is always kind and quick to help whenever I need anything, which makes a big difference. The falls view from my bedroom is breathtaking (few clicks attached). It honestly feels like home here, and I’m really happy I chose Voda. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place & best rooftop view in Ottawa!
Voda has been such a wonderful place to call home. What we appreciate most is the welcoming atmosphere, from the lobby to the common areas, everything is thoughtfully designed and always kept in great condition. It feels modern, safe, and inviting every time. The amenities are another highlight, making day-to-day life so much more convenient and enjoyable. Living at Voda has been such an excellent experience for my family and I. From the moment you walk in, the building is always spotless and welcoming, it consistently feels clean and fresh, which makes a huge difference in everyday life. The location right by the water is beautiful, and it adds a sense of calm and community that we’ve truly appreciated. Living at Voda truly feels like a privilege. The view of Ottawa is absolutely stunning (see photo taken from my place this week before heading to work), the location is perfect, and the quality of life here is outstanding. I’ve renewed my lease for another year, and I sincerely hope to stay for many more.

We couldn't be happier with our new apartment! From the start, the entire process was smooth and stressfree, thanks to Leasing Agent Sydney. There's a reason she's mentioned in 95% of the reviews on here. She's professional, attentive and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. I couldn't be happier with my apartment here – it truly is the perfect place to live in downtown Ottawa! The views are absolutely incredible. From the rooftop terrace, you get a breathtaking panorama of Parliament, and on the other side, stunning vistas of Gatineau and the Chaudière Falls. Beyond the views, the building itself is fantastic. There's an abundance of amenities that truly enhance the living experience. I absolutely love living here. The property management team is very responsive and so friendly. Cleaning to all common areas happens on almost a daily basis. There are frequent community events for people to come out and meet their neighbours!
I've loved living at Voda for so many reasons. The amenities here are great but best of all the management is super responsive and they have built a real community among the residents. Also I cant forget to mention the incredible views of Ottawa River!
