They diversified my Honest ED's . Those Basters!!!
Avoid at all costs. No deal or promise is worth the trauma you will avoid. Possibly the biggest liars in residential real estate. Had to undergo building wide flooding, mismanagement, no functional elevators, etc. and this situation did not improve in 8 months at their latest project in downtown Toronto. The positive reviews on this page are from their own employees. I know this because one of the names above is my property manager.
There was a housing call from Blackhurst back in May 2024 and before that a lot of press about it. From my understanding no one has successfully moved into Mirvish Village through this opportunity? Something is shady and weird going on from what I hear in the community. I just pray the truth comes out 🙏🏻
I've been renting at Toronto House for a few months now and I have never been happier about a rental building. Perfect location and units! Very excited to see what Westbank has in store for Toronto.

I've been renting a Westbank property for over a year, and it's been great. The building looks amazing and is really well put together—it’s way better than other places I’ve lived. The amenities are always in good shape, and the management team is helpful and quick to respond whenever I need something. You can tell they really care about their buildings. I’m super happy living here!

I had the great pleasure in dealing with professional staff while viewing a suite. Suites are beautiful and located near the subway line
Failed to complete construction on Mirvish Village development, and huge multi-block mixed residential and commercial neighbourhood that is now half a year past it's deadline. The construction site is nowhere near finished, incomplete buildings stand open and abandoned providing environments for mould, rodents and insects that, if construction ever finishes will be next to impossible to remove. Brand new construction will come with preloaded infestations. Still no actual completion date for the neighbourhood. This is a complete failure. Why do these people still have jobs?
