We were so lucky to have met Carmen Escobar she is so informative on everything. Her vibrant personality and overall wonderful presence made our time here so pleasant. GL homes are a quality build, and Wesley Chapel is a cute growing town.
Looked at model homes. The most expensive is gorgeous. The basic is ordinary. Looked at actual price when home and they are very expensive. If you can afford it, I would recommend this community but my budget is not $800,00 to over a million.
This community is absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing and you get to select your finishes for your new home! If you are looking for a 55 plus community that is close to shopping and some of the best restaurants in Wesley Chapel you need to tour this community. What a great addition to Wesley Chapel!
They are building some really nice GL Homes there. Had some clients just purchase there and are excited about the home and community

On my way to visit the site of yet another builder and happened pass the stunning entrance to Valencia Ridge. OMG.. The 9 models and their many upscale finishes, high ceilings, wide hallways, tall doors/ceilings, cobble stone driveways, spacious and well thought out floor plans- took my breath. I fell in love with these homes and the staff! Carmen was most informative of all the incentives and unlimited options to build my retirement home. She was very accommodating to my timeline as well. I have bought 2 new homes in my life time and I must say this was a top-notch experience. Thank you…
UPDATE: After further communication with the Marketing Department at Valencia Ridge, I would like to provide an update to my previous review. My initial two experiences aligned with my original comments. However, following my last review, I received a considerate phone call from the marketing team, during which they sincerely apologized and clarified that the community Valencia Ridge is striving to build differs from my initial experience.
