In the beginning it was slow going to find an aide that was a good match. I have had the same aide now going on 3 years. She really goes out of her way to see that I am taken care of. We really miss her when she isn't here. I can use her more, but the VA limits the number of hours per week that I can have her.

It is hard to find good caregivers, and I believe that Wilkerson Home Care has some of the best! The aides can set their own schedules and have great benefits. Wilkerson hires based on Medicaid rules, so all aides are background checked and vetted and go through training. The office staff is friendly and polite and always willing to answer any questions I may have. I know many people only leave reviews when they are not satisfied, so please do not let the few bad reviews sway your opinion. We also don't get both sides of the story. Wilkerson has been in business 25 years and has served many…

This is the best in home care agency. They are quick to communicate and very friendly. I love my aides. Thank you Wilkerson!

Avoid this company , they don't have enough workers. They don't show up, no call ,not reliable, I've been trying a month now, not worth the troubĺe. They hire off the street no experience people to care for your loved ones. Im switching to another provider today.

We went through approx 10 aids in the 2 years we had this company . They hire in trained individuals with no experience . I went out for knee replacement and came back after 5 weeks and seen how the aids had neglected showering , doing wash , aid charged meals to my aunts account . I tried to work with Annie in office and we continued to get very young and aids not experienced with my Aunt with dementia …. To where she had bad rash and soiled laundry stacked up and no cleaning done . I do not recommend this home health care .

My mom is on hospice, I'm taking care of her, wanted some help so i could work part time. They said oh yeah, we can do this. This is the most undependable company, they can never get here on the days and times. My mom has 1 aide that is always on time. Thank you Debbie. The rest of them are always late, or has a lame excuse why they can't get here. I would not recommend these people at all.

Professional office staff that goes above and beyond! My mother in law has an aid in her home and it has been amazing to work with both the aid and the office. They helped my mother in law to get the home help she so desperately needed! Thank you!

This company has HORRIBLE customer service! It is not so much the aides (I have only experienced 2) but the office and owner. They never inform you which aide will be arriving on what day or time. They constantly change schedules so week to week you have no idea what is going on. They do not provide on going training for their aides either. The employees in the office do not seem to care or have any cpassion for their clients, all they care about is getting that money from the state. They do not care who you prefer to have in your home even going as far as to send an I'll aide to a client"s…
