Absolutely terrible experience!!! Communication is a joke, calls and emails go unanswered for days (if they ever respond at all), and when they do, the attitude is rude and unhelpful. It honestly feels like they don’t care about their clients at all. Everything is slow, confusing, and full of empty promises. Other agencies I’ve used are miles ahead in terms of professionalism and customer service.
I am excited to see how Avana Residences develops over time-looks like a fantastic investment opportunity. The innovative design and focus on wellness amenities make this project stand out among other off-plan developments.
"Visiting Deca Developments at Bay Square was a fantastic experience. The team was great, and their growth is truly remarkable. I highly recommend them!"
DECA Development truly stands out as an exceptional developer, offering the best payment plans and strategically located projects.

Conveniently located in the heart of all the agencies in bay square. On ground floor. Awesome new developer set to make huge waves in Dubai real estate !
Deca Properties has an outstanding project in JVC that truly stands out. Unique design, great quality, and real value for both end-users and investors. Highly recommended!
I had an excellent experience with this agency! The team was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and great service!
Wow!! I’m honestly amazed by how fast DECA Properties is growing! Three offices in less than two years. That’s not just growth, that’s momentum! 🚀 The energy, the professionalism, and the drive of this team are on another level. TBH! You can feel the ambition the moment you walk into any of their offices. If you’re looking for a real estate company that’s going places (fast!), DECA is the one to watch. So proud to witness this journey!
