This building makes living in NYC actually feel easy. Attentive staff, next to multiple subways, underground parking, beautiful interior spaces and apartment units. Feels like coming **home** after work each day Overall the building is really well run and maintained. Staff is beyond excellent - responsive respectful & genuinely kind to the us residents (and they have very little turnover - most of the staff have been there I moved in shortly after the building opened 2018! - feels like a true community). Well-managed building, probably one of the better ones in LIC. Staff is friendly, amenity rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Maintenance issues were usually address the day of the request.
I’ve been living at The Arc for almost a year and have nothing but great things to say. My floor is always quiet, the lobby and amenities are spotless and well-maintained, and having pool access in the summer feels like a true luxury in NYC. The staff is always wonderful; they often have my packages ready before I even mention my apartment number. I’ll definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes and highly recommend living here!
I want to start by acknowledging that some of the building staff have been friendly and responsible during my time here. The maintenance team has been responsive whenever I submitted work orders, and a few front desk staff members were polite and professional. That said, my overall living experience was significantly affected by an unresolved and ongoing noise and safety issue involving a neighboring unit. In short, DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED. If I were given a second chance, I would not lease this apartment and with this building. Make sure you tour the exact same apartment before signing the lease, and do not expect issues like these to be resolved after the first service request. I moved here a little more than a month ago so will report back after a year. But the experience so far has been fantastic. Harold has and still is helping me through figuring out all the details ranging from move in details to the amenities so shout out to him for being so patient and helpful! The building is wonderful, super clean and well maintained. I have lived in ARC for 3 years, recently moved out. With great experience I had at ARC, the staff are super friendly and lovely, love the courtyard every season, and rooftop pool. Repair requests always handled almost with an hour, and the entire building always clean and smell good. Highly recommend if you look for a lovely apartment at lic!
I recently renewed my lease. Security guys, service team and the management handling every situation very well. Neighbors are so nice and kind. N&W train running right next to the apt which makes easier to access to Manhattan. Amenities and the size of the unit in this apt is better than most of the apartments. Every time I come into the lobby, it feels like I got home and everything makes me comfortable.
