The location is excellent since it is a bit away from the crazy noise of downtown. Despite its quietness, it is close to everything you could possibly need without having to drive! It is the perfect combination of walkability and quietness!

Small Art Boutique Condominium. Great place to live. An absolute gem, just blocks from the Salvador Dali Museum.

I like this building. But the humidity level inside is just too much.
A beautiful place to live. Wonderful views from the balconies and large windows of Tampa Bay, marinas as well as downtown. The location is perfect as you're a short walk to Beach Drive, Dali Museum, Publix, Mahaffey Theater, USFSP, and many shops and restaurants.
Just visited, seemed like a great palace to live
