It's a shame Google Reviews doesn't allow zero-star ratings. The apartment is absolutely terrible, with terrible soundproofing—I can hear my neighbors talking clearly. There's also constant, unexplained rumbling. Additionally, the management is a complete mess; they're terrible at handling deliveries and security.
too many bugs in the garbage room scared me out and absolutely no regulations and management for the taking out area my foods were stolen so many times and this problem can not be resolved
The concierge and security needs better training. Male staff sat there and letting female colleague moved HEAVY packages for residents a few times in my experience, and this guy seemed took it for granted. SHAME! Homeless broke in and stole food and stuff...
There have been so many problems since I moved in, some days the hot water is not there and on some there is no AC in the middle of summer. The pool and spa area which opened after a year of moving in Is being temporarily closed atleast once a month because of some leak in the changing rooms. Moreover my food deliveries keep getting stolen and when I the concierge they straight up say its not our business or we aren’t supposed to look after that, they also dont allow food deliveries up to your condo but somehow I keep finding flyers on my door every now and then. The comcierge are some of the most incompetent, lazy, and inconsiderate people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Sends back mail without notifying the resident, does not process requests by residents, and are overall unhelpful in any circumstance. Every resident I know absolutely dreads having to deal with them, and the equally incompetent management refuses to replace them with anyone better. Highly unadvisable to buy property here. It’s a shame that Google map doesn’t allow zero star. If you are a frequent online shopper, I strongly advise you to not move into this building. Unless you want an almost 50/50 chance of receiving and losing your packages. I recently had a package delivered to this building and the concierge claimed they’ve returned it because the name of recipient is not in the building; a RTS package as many of the reviews mentioned. However even after the courier company gave me solid proof that they delivered it and they never set foot in this building during the dates that those security ‘claimed’ they…
The first alarms goes off like crazy I’ve never experienced a building with so many fire alarm like this. Absolutely disturbing! So glad I’m back to the office and don’t have to spend majority of my day home. Gym is now open! Great experience tho
